A heartfelt thank you to longtime reader and follower, Marka Ormsby, who has been so generous in sending this painting of our boys based on a photo I posted not sure when. Pete, of course, is the shooting star. As is fitting.
I noticed Pete's picture on the mantel this week. It touched my heart. Again. As always. As does this beautiful rendering of Auggie and Pete. They are indeed shooting stars of Love in our lives and ever precious, ever treasured.
Such a beautiful work of art! Hopefully it will grace the mantle during one of Charlie's appearances on MSNBC.
