Visiting a friend one day, Auggie received a gift he really liked; unfortunately it only lasted a few minutes. And he didn’t even consider sharing it with his baby brother.
Is that a Jolly ball? We buy a couple a year for Roxy Rottle. They are also used as horse toys, but Roxy would sell; her soul for hers. The other big hit here is a Varsity Ball. It's too hard to puncture and (in some versions) is too big to fit in a mouth. Our daughter's Bulldog would chase his and use his chest to maneuver it like a soccer ball. He would have run himself to death without human intervention.
People who issue these guarantees must have toy size dogs. Roxy can obliterate a jolly ball in a matter of days by surgically removing the air valve. Our varstity ball is the only thing that has defeated her...at least for now.
We have found two virtually indestructible kinds. One is the big Kong ball with the handles. Auggie puts his teeth through them, but they don’t deflate. They’re the red and orange ballls you’ll see occasionally in my photos. The other is the floating green ball of unknown manufacture. I know them when I see them.
A furry boy and his ball…. True love
Makes one want to join in!!!! 😆
What wonderful pictures!!! Auggie’s brother doesn’t look too upset about not getting a turn.
The best friends in the world are the ones who inherently understand, "love me, love my dog(s)".... Here's to good friends!
You provide a welcome respite and laugh-out-loud candids of these wonderful furry companions! Thanks a bunch!
Auggie is perfection. Strong, confident and coordinated. Eli is an alert student. Great photos.
Perfect for the finals of the NCAAM tonight! German Shepherds CAN jump!
Poor ball...
Such an acrobat! Hidden talent 😉
Kangaroo legs! Such sweet pups. I do love them!
I love the dog pics. Thank you for including us in Auggie and Eli's daily lives!
Made my afternoon! Those are some leaps.
What grace, what form !!!😻🥰

No. We have had jolly balls that last for years. My friend found it online guaranteed to last a lifetime. I didn’t last three minutes.

Too funny! Same with some of both the dog and cat toys we've had. But we have found that Kongs last quite awhile, with even the puppies.
That is wonderful! Such joy!
Love pupster pictures. My pupster was a frisbee girl. It’s great to make them happy. Thank you for sharing.
What handsome lads they are! And Auggie's leaps! Spectacular, indeed.
