I'm so sorry. When they arrive in our lives, we know there's a tragedy in our future, but we go all in with our love anyway. Can't think about that, won't think about that.
Please accept my sincerest sympathies, Jo Anne and David. I've adopted and said goodbye to many cats during my life, but I haven't forgotten the loss of our family's mini Dachshund. She was a stray so we weren't sure of her age, but she was with us for a long time. I can feel from your words how well loved Cedric is, and how dreadful you feel as you care for him now. Wishing all of you comfort and grace, and offering love in these difficult days. ❤️
I am sure you still miss Pete every day when you look down and that wonderful frosty face isn’t looking back at you. I still miss Tolka and Vicky, despite the ones that live here and are great companions. Every day I am grateful for my little teckels keeping me company. Hoping your writing is going well!!!
Such eloquent collection of pictorial memories of your boys through the years. I so so so dearly miss seeing the almost daily pictures on my still, steadfastly beloved Twitter. But what a joy to see this such a beloved look back. Pete had a lot of wonderful hairy brothers to love in his life.
It’s a gift to see these sweet faces this morning—including yours and Charlie’s. The one with both tongues slightly sticking out was a good capture. So adorable!
Thank you for the pics of Pete, Moses and Reggie. Pete has always been my favorite! (Sorry Germans). Even though he isn't my dog I think about Pete when I read you or see your husband on tv and think we were all lucky to know Pete.
Every single photo is my favorite! I especially love the one with you and Reggie and Pete, because I'm reminded again how beautiful you are. Charlie really married up, didn't he, lol?!
I cannot afford extras like being a paid subscriber. I do appreciate being able to view your doggie pictures & stories. I have three "children", and they are the best medicine, particularly on those tough days. Thank you for sharing. 🐾🌷

Sending love to you all, and a special kiss to Cedric.

You never stop loving them, do you? Writing is moving along, but not as fast as I’d like! Thanks for the good vibes.
You made my day! Thank you.

I just LOVE these!
So sweet, even for those of us at a distance!
I hope your pictures make you smile. I know your dogs opened your hearts to more dogs. Thank you to you and Mr.Sykes for everything you do. 🙏❤️
Precious memories

That's a LOT of kissable noses for just one page. 😁😊🐾
Around how old is Pete in the picture with him and Reggie?
"Mr. Petes, were you born as a senior pup?" 😁😊🐶
We always had to guess about Pete’s age, but he was about 7 in this photo. He always looked old.
*Sweet old man. 😊🐶

I’m pretty lucky to have found him.
